WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES?
Please note shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Major cities: 2 - 4 working days.
Outlying /regional/rural areas: 5-10 working days.
All products are in stock and available for dispatch.
Please allow 24-48 hours (business hours) for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation. Please note that parcels are not shipped/delivered on weekends, public holidays, and the annual shutdown in December.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only refund magnets that are not scratched, chipped or damaged. Should magnets be returned which are damaged, then only the goods returned in good condition will be refunded minus shipping cost will be refunded.
We do not refund shipping cost and costs to return stock will be the client’s responsibility.
Magnets are brittle and unfortunately, we do not accept broken goods when handling magnets incorrectly. See our magnet safety pages for more details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and banking details.
