Thank you for visiting and shopping at Magnet Hub. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy, please contact us for international shipping.
Shipment processing time
All products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Please allow 24-48 hours (during business hours) for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation. Please note that parcels are not shipped/delivered on weekends, public holidays, and the annual shutdown in December.
All major cities will be shipped via courier for delivery within 2 - 4 working days.
All outlying /regional/rural areas will be shipped via Courier and take 5-10 working days to be delivered.
If you select to collect at the store, we will email or call once the order is ready for collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, due courier services are out of our control.
* Please note under no circumstance can we do overnight delivery as magnets are classified as dangerous good and will not be flown.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Magnet Hub does not to ship to P.O Box addresses we cannot control the time frame of the postal services.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, Magnet Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Magnet Hub takes no responsibility for broken stock. If the packing is damaged when received, please take pictures of the package before open and send it to info@magnethub.co.za
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
